Shipping policy

Please allow 4-5 days (NOT including weekends or holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped.  Orders normally are delivered within 2-5 days depending on location and shipping carrier. In some cases, it can take between 5 and 8 business days due to location.

UpTown Dress is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and it's damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will assist with filing a claim if needed. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
